1. About PieceCraft

PieceCraft is an online service operated by an individual founder and made available to users worldwide. The Service allows users to upload images, optionally apply AI-based artistic transformations, and order custom-made jigsaw puzzles produced and fulfilled by third-party partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content & Photo Uploads

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”).

3.2 License Granted to Us

By uploading User Content, you grant PieceCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, modify, transform, and reproduce the content solely for the purpose of:

• Providing the Service
• Applying AI-based transformations
• Producing and fulfilling your order
• Customer support and quality control

This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

3.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it
• The User Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• The User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service may offer AI-based artistic transformations of uploaded images.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet personal expectations
• Artistic styles are interpretive approximations, not exact reproductions
• Variations in color, cropping, image clarity, and artistic interpretation are normal
• Final printed products may differ from on-screen previews due to production and printing processes

AI-generated outputs and previews are provided “as is.” Variations in artistic outcome do not constitute defects.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed prior to checkout
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, to your selected payment method.

6. Custom Products, Returns & Refunds

All PieceCraft products are custom-made to order based on user-submitted images.

Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with AI output, or errors in images provided by the user

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the product and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

7. Fulfillment & Shipping

Products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs clearance issues
• Delivery delays outside our control

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PieceCraft website, excluding User Content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, and software, is owned by PieceCraft or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs
• Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PieceCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights that may not be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
